In order to help our nominating committee to fill out the diverse roles in our church leadership and worship, we offer a questionnaire to tell us what areas of service might interest you. Normally, you can pick up the form, fill it out, and return it to the church office.
We now offer a convenient, online questionnaire. It’s available round the clock, so you can fill it out any time of the day or night. With the click of the “Submit” button, the results of your questionnaire will be emailed to the church secretary. Nobody else will see it, and the information you provide will help us match the right person with vacancies as they happen.
