How would you answer these simple questions: What do you do? Who do you do it for? How do you do it?
There’s no right or wrong answer, but somewhere in there it would be nice to sprinkle in a little flavor of God, or advancing his kingdom.
Now apply those questions to how you think the church should be operating. Does the church actually do those things?
