CTE - Shopping FAQ
A word on registering and shopping at the CTE Online Store.

Why register?
- In order to checkout with a purchase, you will need to register a mailing address so we can ship your products to you. In registering, we ask that you use your email address as your username and any password that you choose. At checkout, all your information will already be present. Your email and shipping information is stored so all you need to do on future visits is to log in and shop. You can shop first and checkout later, but at some point you will need to let us know the registration information.

Why do you need my email address?
- We don't use it for any other reason than to log in, and to send you confirmation messages that your purchase was successful and to notify you of things regarding your order. You might try a bogus email or something else for your username, but the server may not allow it. You also would not be notified of any possible issues regarding your order. We will not share your personal information with any other person, company or email lists for any reason. We do not have any newsletter or sales promotions letters. Should we develop a regular mailing. You may recieve an initial invitation, but you will have the right to opt in or out at any time.

Changing your information.
- You can edit your profile after you log in to update any changes to your shipping information. If you have trouble at all, send an email to sales@cte-onlinestore and we can also update information for you. Make sure you tell us your email login name and the correct information that needs to be changed.

Making payments.
- You can either use your own PayPal account to transfer funds to us, or you can use a credit card. It should be a credit card that has matching information as that in your profile. In particular, the same billing address and name on the card. For security, we do not store credit card information, so you will need to retype credit card numbers at each checkout.
- Discount coupons.
- If you have a discount code to use, enter it during the checkout process. Only in rare occasions will a discount code not work. Mainly due to the fact that some items have so little markup that the discount is more than our profit on that item.

What coupons are available? How do I find out about Discounts?
- Discount codes are sent out in some email marketing or may be available to some of our affiliated webmasters who link to us. Send an email to sales@cte-onlinestore.com for a code or any promotional information that may currently be in affect.

For returns.
- Please use the ticketing system on the CTE Online Store home page. Some items may not be able to be returned to stock. As much as possible ship items back in the original boxes and packing material. Include all accessories, user guides or manuals that may have been included. Please follow any specific instructions that were given via the online ticketing system.
